入选标准
- •Meet diagnostic criteria of major depressive disorder
- •- Prescribed rTMS treatment by a psychiatrist (or standard therapy for the control group)
- •- Age: 18-65
- •- Ability to give informed consent as documented by signature
排除标准
- •- Contraindication of rTMS treatment (epilepsy, abnormal EEG signature)
- •- Previous history of neurological disorders (neurodegenerative disorder, dementia, and stroke).
- •- Comorbidity of psychotic disorders (Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder)
- •- Pregnancy (excluded from rTMS treatment itself, as little evidence of its safety for pregnant woman is available)
- •- Current non-prescribed psychoactive drugs
- •- Drug abuse
- •- Inability to consent
