Inclusion Criteria
- •Seven to 12\-year\-old children
- •Children without cavitated carious lesions
- •Children with MIH
- •Written informed consent to participate
Exclusion Criteria
- •Systemic diseases
- •Temporary / permanent medication
- •Intake of antibiotics within the last three months
- •Hypomineralization because of other reasons than MIH
- •Cavitated carious lesions present in the oral cavity
