Age 18-65 years, Good health (see Exclusion criteria), Written informed consent (IC)
Exclusion Criteria
Asthma, Cardiac abnormalities, Diabetes, Epilepsy, Hypertension, Brain disease, and/or anomalies of the brain’s vasculature, Morbid obesity, Pneumothorax, (Possible) pregnancy, Renal failure, Claustrophobia, Latex allergy, Any 3T MRI contra-indications as stated by the AMC MR safety committee

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Motion magnitude (mm) of the diaphragm, the liver, spleen, pancreas and kidneys in three orthogonal directions (cranial-caudal, left-right, and anteroposterior) quantified on MR imaging.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Breath-hold durations (s, min): with room-air (21%O2), 60%O2, and 60%O2 with hypocapnia,<br>Monitoring parameters: systolic blood pressure, oxygen saturation, heart rate (ECG), and parital pressure of carbon dioxide (PCO2) and end tidal PCO2 (PetCO2).
