patients with nonsyndromic orofacial clefts and their affected sibs
parents of patients with nonsyndromic orofacial clefts
only persons who originate from Central European countries will be included
Exclusion Criteria
patients with syndromal orofacial clefting
patients from countries outside of Central Europe
