Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. All consenting patients planned for elective lower abdomen, pelvic and lower limb surgeries under spinal anaesthesia
  • •2\. Age 50 years and above
  • •3\. ASA grade I and II

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients with known allergy to local anaesthetic drug
  • •2\. Patients with coagulopathies
  • •3\. Signs of infection at site of injection
  • •4\. Patients with previous spinal surgeries
  • •5\. Patient refusal
  • •6\. Neurological disorder or deficit
