- •1. All consenting patients planned for elective lower abdomen, pelvic and lower limb surgeries under spinal anaesthesia
- •2. Age 50 years and above
- •3. ASA grade I and II
排除标准
- •1. Patients with known allergy to local anaesthetic drug
- •2. Patients with coagulopathies
- •3. Signs of infection at site of injection
- •4. Patients with previous spinal surgeries
- •5. Patient refusal
- •6. Neurological disorder or deficit
