Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. All consenting patients planned for elective lower abdomen, pelvic and lower limb surgeries under spinal anaesthesia
- •2\. Age 50 years and above
- •3\. ASA grade I and II
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with known allergy to local anaesthetic drug
- •2\. Patients with coagulopathies
- •3\. Signs of infection at site of injection
- •4\. Patients with previous spinal surgeries
- •5\. Patient refusal
- •6\. Neurological disorder or deficit
