- •age 50 years and above
- •consented patients scheduled for elective lower abdominal ,pelvic , lower limb surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
- •below 50 yrs
- •contraindication to spinal anesthesiaallergy to local anesthetic
- •coagulopathy
- •local site infection
- •indeterminate neurologic disease
