•Participants who are willing to read and sign the consent form.
•Participants of either gender.
•Participants having above the age of 18 and below 50.
•Those who are fit for Kshara karma.
•Participants with chronic history of nasal obstruction due to inferior turbinate hypertrophy irrespective of its aetiology and those who are fulfilling diagnostic criteria.
•Those participants who are not sensitive to Lignocaine spray
•Participants suffering from acute rhinosinusitis.
•Pregnant women.
•Patients who are taking blood thinners and antiplatelets.
•Participants suffering from type 2 diabetes mellitis whose HBA1C >10
•Participants suffering from Accelerated hypertension whose BP >180/100
