Inclusion Criteria
Patients with rotator cuff tears
At least 18 years old
Exclusion Criteria
Massive-size or irreparable rotator cuff tear
Obesity
Mental disability
Pregnancy
Uncontrolled hypertension
History of allergic to tranexamic acid or epinephrine
Previous venous thromboembolism
History of stroke or cardiovascular diseases contraindicated with general anesthesia
Known coagulopathy
Required continuous anticoagulation or antiplatelet therapy
History of renal or liver failure
