Inclusion Criteria
Patients refering to the department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Mashhad Dental School, with the age range of 16- 90 years who required IAN block are included to the study.
Exclusion Criteria
Uncontrolled systemic diseases
Trismus
patients with Local infection at the injection site
Hemophilia
patients who are Under 16 years old
Mental retarded patients
patients with Allergy to amid anesthetics
patients with mental disorders who are unable to cooperate sufficiently for injection

Name Time Method Positive aspiration. Timepoint: During injection. Method of measurement: Entrance of blood to the syringe during aspiration is recorded as positive.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The success of anesthesia. Timepoint: 15 minutes after injection. Method of measurement: Performing dental treatment without pain.
