?The healthy subjects were inquired about medical history and physical examination, excluded cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and other medical history, and excluded intestinal organic diseases.
?UC patients who meet the diagnostic criteria;
?Meet the criteria for UC in the light to moderate activity period;
