Inclusion Criteria
All aged and of both sex in first 48 hour of arrival.
Hemodynamically stable and unstable patient
Patients giving written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnant patients
Patient k/c/o CKD, parathyroid disease, metabolic bone disease,sepsis induced hypocalcemia and severe traumatic brain injury

Name Time Method To assess the prevalence of hypocalcemia in trauma patients <br/ ><br>To predict the mortality in hypocalcemic patients <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Day 0, day 2, day 5 and time of discharge.
