Known MGUS
M-protein concentration below 30 g/l
Exclusion Criteria
Recent fracture (12 months)
Plasmacell disease (Amyloidosis)
Neurlogical/neuromuscular/degenerative deficits
Severe polyneuropathy
Vertigo
Metal implants in the long bones
acute deep veine thrombosis (24 months)
coronar artery disease
pace maker
acute arthritis
heavy smokers (>20/d)
alcoholism (>14 g/d)

Name Time Method Increase in Bone Mineral Density in the tibial bone in the pQCT after 24 weeks of whole body vibration training
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Changes in the blood levels of bone remodeling blood parameters (Sklerostin, DKK-1, AP, FGF-23, Klotho, P1NP, Osteocalcin, NTX, PTH, Myostatin und CK) as well as changes in physical performance parameters:<br>grip strength via handheld dynamometry, gait speed while walking, ground reaction forces on a special ground reaction force plate and muscle mass via bioimpedanceanalysis.<br><br>Measurements will be taken before study start, after 12 and 24 weeks.
