Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Subjects willing to participate.
  • •2\.Individuals aged between 23\-40 years.
  • •3\.Individuals with chronic mechanical low back pain.
  • •Both males and females.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Individuals with other medical conditions like Prolapsed intervertebral disc, Disc Prolapse, Facet joint arthritis, lumbar spondylolisthesis, lumbar canal stenosis.
  • •Individuals who had underwent the surgery for spine related diseases.
  • •Obese individuals.
