Inclusion Criteria
- •NICE 2 and 3 category emergency lower segment caesarian section (LSCS) under spinal anesthesia
- •NICE 2 \- Maternal or fetal compromise with no immediate threat to mother or fetus
- •NICE 3 \- No Maternal or fetal compromise, Requires early delivery
Exclusion Criteria
- •Refusal or inability to give the consent
- •patients receiving vasoactive drugs like beta\-blockers, magnesium, etc,
- •febrile illness
