1.Exotropia
2. Age > 15 years old
3. Treatment by unilateral recession & resection surgery
Exclusion Criteria
1.Sensory exotropia
2.Paralytic and restrictive strabismus
3.Underlying other ocular disease
4.Previous strabismus surgery
5.Additional oblique or vertical muscle surgery
6.Follow up< 2 years
