Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with androgen dependent familial dilated cardiomyopathy.
- •2\. Patients who are sufficiently understood that standard treatments indicate no adequate therapeutic efficacy.
- •3\. Patients who are sufficiently understood that the efficacy and safety of flutamide was not yet fully secured.
- •4\. Patients who are able to provide signed informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to flutamide.
- •2\. Patients with hepatic impairment.
- •3\. Patients who are not able to provide signed informed consent.
