Children over 4 years of age presenting with acute exacerbation of asthma to the Emergency Department
Known case of asthma
Exclusion Criteria
congenital heart disease
chronic lung disease
X-ray and/ clinical evidence of pneumonia
Higher severities of asthma e.g. life threatening Asthma
