Patients Aged 20to 60 Years.

Both Genders (Male And Female) Will Be Considered.

Primary Hyperthyroidism.

Burch-Wartofsky Score Less Than Or Equal 25 Which Are Unlikely To Represent Thyroid Crisis.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients With Other Systemic Illness Or Serious Pathological Conditions.

Pregnant And Lactating Mothers.

Patients Above 60 Years And Below 20 Years Of Age.

Patients Taking Other Therapeutic Measures For Adverse Events (Ae) Or Any Other Diseases.

Secoundary Hyperthyrodisam.

Burch-Wartofsky Score More Than And Equal 45 Are Likely Thyrotoxic Crisis

Burch-Wartofsky Score 25 To 44 Prone To Impending Thyrotoxic Crisis

There Is A Significant Difference In The Treatment Outcomes For Primary Hyperthyroidism Individuals Receiving Homoeopathic Intervention.Timepoint: There Is A Significant Difference In The Treatment Outcomes For Primary The Patient Will Undergo Follow-Up Visits Every 15 To 30 Days, During Which There May Be Clinical Improvements after 12 weeks And Potential Changes In The Burch-Wartofsky Scale.
