Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Male MMA athletes;
- •2\.Athletes who have been training for more than 1 year;
- •3\.Athletes in Weight class\- Featherweight (65\.8kg or 145 lbs to 70\.3kg 0r 155 lbs).
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Subjects with known history of injury that had required medical attention in past 6 months.
- •2\.Professional level MMA athletes.
- •3\.Any use of performance enhancing drugs.
