- •1.Male MMA athletes;
- •2.Athletes who have been training for more than 1 year;
- •3.Athletes in Weight class- Featherweight (65.8kg or 145 lbs to 70.3kg 0r 155 lbs).
排除标准
- •1.Subjects with known history of injury that had required medical attention in past 6 months.
- •2.Professional level MMA athletes.
- •3.Any use of performance enhancing drugs.
