1.ASA – I/II/III.
2.Malampatti Grade- I / II /III
3.Patients diagnosed with intracranial space-occupying lesions scheduled for elective supratentorial cranial surgeries and Craniotomy surgeries.
4.Pre-operative GCS 15/15
5.Patient able to give written & informed consent.
6. Patient able to understand VAS regarding assessment of pain
1.Patient not willing for procedure.
2.Patients having uncontrolled Diabetes, Hypertension, Liver and Kidney disorders.
3.Pregnant patients.
4.Hypersensitivity to any local anesthetic drug or drugs used in this study.
5.Patients with significant h/o drug or alcohol abuse, psychiatric illness.
6.Patients with scalp infection.
