Age: 12-16 years
- Chronic illness (defined as one or more of the following conditions: Illness > 1 year, mandatory long-term medical care, significant impairment of daily routine).
- Sufficient knowledge of German or English to use the app
- Sufficient physical as well as mental general condition to participate in the study (Lansky score= 80).
- Possession of an internet-enabled smartphone (iOs or Android) and internet access.
- Signed consent forms are available
- Mental or physical limitation that prevents use of the app or participation in the coaching group
- psychiatric illness (especially psychosis, acute suicidality) of the child or regular or current psychiatric/psychological treatment of the child (treatment > 3 months and/or psychological/psychiatric contact in the last 3 months)
- Declaration of consent is not available
- Lack of technical requirements such as smartphone or lack of internet access
- Lack of German or English language skills to use the app

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Primary endpoint is to analyze the feasibility of using the gaming application REThink(aligned with David et al, European Child & Adolescent Psychiatry (2019) 28:111-122). The study is considered feasible if: <br>- 70% of adolescents meeting inclusion criteria can be recruited,<br>- 85% of subjects complete all levels of the REThink app,<br>- 70% of subjects in the REThink app + coaching treatment group participate in both group sessions.<br><br><br>
