Willingness, ability to consent and mental as well as physical ability to participate in the telemedical consultation
- Outpatient or inpatient stay at the Department of Trauma, Hand and Reconstructive Surgery, during which an operation and/or conservative therapy has taken place
- Ownership of a computer, laptop, tablet or cell phone including a microphone and camera
- Stable internet connection
- Sufficient knowledge of German to understand the declaration of consent
- Patients who come for an outpatient consultation in which a pure inspection and a conversation are sufficient
- Lack of willingness to participate in the study
- Failure to consent
- Neurological diseases that do not allow the use of computer systems
- Diagnosis of dementia, blindness or deafness
- Need for on-site presence and on-site diagnostics or treatment (imaging, laboratory, stitches, drainage)
- Appointments where the patient has to be touched and/or moved by the treating doctor

Name Time Method Secondary objective:<br>a) Assessment, whether a suitable deployment of the telemedical video consultation is possible (Modified ZAP-Questionnaire, physicians questionnaire regarding telemedical video consultation)<br>b) Evaluation of the usability of the used video consultation software by the patient (Telemedicine Satisfaction Questionnaire)<br>c) Evaluation of the satisfaction and acceptance of the physicians regarding the telemedical video consultation compared to the conventional consultation (Physician questionnaire regarding telemedical video consultation)<br>d) Evaluation of the cost-effectiveness and potential time savings (Questionnaire regarding economic aspects)<br>e) Determination of the cost-benefit ratio compared to conventional consultation hours (EQ-5D-5L questionnaire, questionnaire on economic aspects).<br>
