Inclusion Criteria

1)Patients on regular hemodialysis three times a week up to 6 months or more.

2) Consciousness.

3) Patient who has vascular access on upper limb.

4) Patients who can communicate in English and can fill questionnaires.

5) It is a sign in the consent form.

Exclusion Criteria

1) unstable vitals or severe heart disease such as myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris, cardiopulmonary disease.

2) A complication occurs, such as aspiration pneumonia.

3) Any musculoskeletal disorder such as injuries or disorders of muscles, nerves, tendons, and upper limb joints.

4) Patients are ruled out from the study when they could not complete any of the tasks because of less understanding and no cooperation
