Inclusion Criteria
- •Players actively engaging in football (training and competition) for more than 6 hours per week.
- •Competing in Division and college level competitions.
Exclusion Criteria
- •History of ligament injuries or fractures to the lower limb in the last 6months.
- •History of any cardiopulmonary disorders like asthma among players.
