Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •There are three experimental groups: chronic low back pain, healthy, and lumbar instability.
- •1\. Healty participants
- •1\.1 Individuals who have had no history of low back pain for at least six months
- •2\. Chronic low back pain participants
- •2\.1 Individuals who have experienced low back pain for a minimum of three months
- •2\.2 Pain level measured on a numerical pain scale ranging from 3 to 7 points
- •3\. Lumbar instability participants
- •3\.1 Individuals who have previously experienced chronic low back pain and have achieved a lumbar instability screening score of 7 out of 14
- •3\.2 Pain level measured on a numerical pain scale ranging from 3 to 7 points
- •4\. They are ability to communicate independently using the Thai language.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. During pregnancy or if there is suspicion of pregnancy
- •2\. BMI \>30 kg/m2
- •3\. Individuals who have a history of respiratory disease based on medical records or spirometer assessments.
- •4\. Individual who have a history of neuromuscular disease from the medical records
- •5\. Indivudual who have pain level measured on a numerical pain scale \> 7 points
- •6\. Indivudual who have a pelvic traumatic injury
- •7\. Specific pathology of lumbar spine such as scoliosis and spondylolisthesis
