入选标准
- •1) Diagnosis of depression, neurotic, stress related and somatoform disorders (F 32-34, 38, F 40, 41, 43, 44, 45, 48 on ICD-10) as established through M.I.N.I.
- •2)With emotion regulation issues as measured by a score of 90 and above on the Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale. (Derived using means and standard deviation of two studies which had used DERS in common mental disorders in India)
- •3) Age range of 18- 50 years
- •4) With 7 years of education
- •5)Ability to read, write and speak in English or Tamil language.
排除标准
- •1) Diagnosis of schizophrenia, psychosis, Bipolar Affective Disorder, a history suggestive of major neurological illness or those with organic psychiatric disorders.
- •2) Clinical Diagnosis of Personality Disorder
- •3) Risk to self and others, suicidality as screened on M.I.N.I. 7.0.2
- •4)Severity of illness, scores of 6 and 7 on CGI
- •5) Clinical history suggestive of mental retardation and other developmental disorders including autism spectrum.
- •6) Substance dependence except for nicotine dependence syndrome
- •7) Who had undergone structured psychotherapy in the past 6 months, for more than 4 sessions
