Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All the Anaesthesia residents (1st, 2nd,and 3rd year) posted in ICU (Modular ICU and Trauma ICU)for 1 month and willing to participate in the study will be included in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. All the Anaesthesia residents not willing to participate in the study.
- •2\. Residents with the history of psychiatric illness or mood disorder.
