This study is being done to analyse and compare stress levels, coping strategies, and stress factors among anesthesia residents (first, second, and third year) working in an ICU environment.

Inclusion Criteria
All the Anaesthesia residents (1st, 2nd,and 3rd year) posted in ICU (Modular ICU and Trauma ICU)for 1 month and willing to participate in the study will be included in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
1. All the Anaesthesia residents not willing to participate in the study.
2. Residents with the history of psychiatric illness or mood disorder.

Name Time Method To measure the work-related stress levels in Anaesthesia residents(1st, 2nd and 3rd year)working in ICU (Modular ICU and Trauma ICU) using PSS 10 <br/ ><br>(Perceived stress scale-10) Scale.Timepoint: Evaluation will be done after 1month completion of ICU posting.

Name Time Method 1.To find out the perceived stressors. <br/ ><br>2.To understand the coping strategies used by them to manage the stress using Stress Coping Scale. Timepoint: Evaluation will be done after 1month completion of ICU posting.
