Inclusion Criteria

All the Anaesthesia residents (1st, 2nd,and 3rd year) posted in ICU (Modular ICU and Trauma ICU)for 1 month and willing to participate in the study will be included in the study.

Exclusion Criteria

1. All the Anaesthesia residents not willing to participate in the study.

2. Residents with the history of psychiatric illness or mood disorder.

To measure the work-related stress levels in Anaesthesia residents(1st, 2nd and 3rd year)working in ICU (Modular ICU and Trauma ICU) using PSS 10 <br/ ><br>(Perceived stress scale-10) Scale.Timepoint: Evaluation will be done after 1month completion of ICU posting.
