Inclusion Criteria
600 Thai immigrant employees who divided into 2 groups (300 Thai immigrant employees with rearing their aging parents and 300 Thai immigrant employees without rearing Their aging parents) work in Bangko and Nonthaburi province. Their ages are over 20 years old both female and male sexs. They are able to literacy and self-care.
Exclusion Criteria
Thai immigrant employees are not able to literracy and disable person. They do not work in Bangkok and Nonthaburi province.
