1. Employed parents of children, 6 to 12 years of age.
2. Should be a part of dual earner household.
3. The number of working hours should be a minimum of 8 hours.
4. Should have at least 8th grade reading level in English.
1. Employed parent currently not living with their
child/children.
2. Employed parents who stay in joint families.
3. Employed parents whose children have special needs are to be excluded.
4. Parents who work-from-home.
5. Parents whose working hours exceed 12 hours.
6. Employed parents who have more than two children.
7. Shift workers will be excluded.
