- •2. Sign of pallor of skin, conjunctiva, mucous membrane, nail beds
- •3. Anorexia, fatigue, dyspnoea on exertion, palpitation
- •4.Angular stomatitis
- •5.Loss of memory, lack of interest, frontal headache
- •6.Worm infestation
- •7.Patients who undergo routine blood investigation

- •1.Known H/O of Metabolic disorder
- •2.Known H/O of Haemolytic anaemia
- •3.Known H/O of Thalessemia
- •4.Patient with chronic disease
- •5.Patient with any other serious illness.
