Inclusion Criteria
Patients with 19 - 79 years old and persistent atrial fibrillation who underwent pulmonary vein isolation and right side linear ablation (cavotricuspid and inter-caval line ablation) by attend physician's discretion.
Exclusion Criteria
Not provide the informed consent
<18 or >79 years old
Pregnancy
Prior right side ablation or maze surgery
Significant valvular heart disease
Severe heart failure (NYHA4)
Uncontrolled myocardial ischemia
Intracardiac thrombus
Contraindications to the anticoagulants
Life expectancy < 1 year
