Inclusion Criteria

1. Diagnosed with stroke according to the criteria of Diagnostic Criteria and confirmed by CT or MRI;
2. Having cognitive impairment according to the Mini-Mental Status Examination (MMSE) screening;
3. Be the first onset, the course of disease is 1-6 months;
4. Aged 40-70 years old;
5. Having sufficient visual and auditory resolution capability to accept neuropsychological testing;
6. The patients should be conscious, with stable vital signs.
7. Signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion Criteria

1. With serious illnesses, such as heart, liver, kidney, endocrine diseases and hematopoietic system disease;
2. Combined with other mental illnesses and severe neurological diseases;
3. Patients that have severe impairment of vision, hearing and speech that hinder cognitive test;
4. Patients receiving drugs that affect the excitability of brain within 3 months;
5. Patients participating in other clinical trials.
