Inclusion Criteria
Flexor zone 5 injury
Both FDS, FDP involvement
Tendon repaired by modified kessler technique
Exclusion Criteria
Associated hand fractures
Only 1 flexor tendon involvement
Polytrauma
Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension
Patient not willing for particular therapy programme
