Inclusion Criteria

Patients aged 19-80 who are undergoing regular lower extremity surgery under the knee at our orthopedic surgery clinic, who want partial anesthesia (spinal anesthesia or local nerve block anesthesia) other than general anesthesia;
A Patient who reads the consent form and is able to give written consent at his/her own discretion.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients who want general anesthesia; contraindications for injection (coagulopathy, allergies); patients who are expected to have difficulty in cooperation (patients with intellectual disabilities or moderate or severe dementia or severe psychiatric diseases); pregnant or lactating women; patients who are expected to undergo surgery for more than 3 hours
