Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •patients who have demonstrated, at a previous visit, a satisfactory pupil dilation ( \>6mm) with topical mydriatic therapy.
- •All patients aged 40 to 70 years with senile cataract undergoing uncomplicated phacoemulsification surgery and willing to give written and informed consent for the study.
- •Uncomplicated Cataract
- •Cooperative patients
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients having
- •Corneal pathology
- •Pupillary disorders
- •Retinal pathology
- •Increased intraocular pressure
- •p/h/o Psychiatric illness
- •uncontrolled Hypertension
- •h/o hypersensitivity to amide group of drugs
- •h/o ocular surgery
- •Pregnant patients
