ASA I ,II and III

Patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate

Exclusion Criteria

ASA IV and V

Infection at the back

Septicemia

Coagulopathy (INR >1.35, Platelets <1,00,000/ml)

Liver dysfunction ( >Child A status)

Renal failure (Sr.Creatinine >2mg/dl)

Cardiac failure (NYHA >3)

Patients not willing to participate in the study

Patients not willing for spinal anaesthesia
