1.American Society of Anaesthesiology (ASA) physical status II parturients scheduled for elective caesarean delivery under subarachnoid block.
2.Pregnant females with full term pregnancy of reproductive age 20-35 years without any coexisting disease
A known sensitivity to any study drug,Patient with coexisting disease like Chronic or Pregnancy induced
Hypertension, diabetes mellitus, history of Cardiac or Respiratory disease or with
impaired kidney or liver function and severe anemia
Patient having any contraindication to spinal anaesthesia
Onset of labour or multiple pregnancy or polyhydroamnios or known fetal abnormalities
Patient with body mass index more than 40kg per square metre
