Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients receiving Cisplatin will be recruited.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Patients who deviate from the already designed protocol
- •2. Pregnant and lactating women
- •3. Psychiatric patients
- •4. Patients with arrythmia
- •5. Patients with renal impairment (Creatinine clearance: <15ml/min/1.73m 2 )
- •6. Patients treated with Amitriptyline
- •7. Patients experiencing nausea/ vomiting due to mechanical obstruction
