- •Daycare surgery with tiva propofol
排除标准
- •ASA 3 and 4 patients
- •Surgeries extending for more than 2 hours from incision time
- •Operation plan requiring in patient hospital stay
- •Pregnant/ lactating patients
- •H/o Torsade de pointes or QTc > 450 ms
- •Previous MI or unstable angina, arrhythmia, CHF
- •C/I to olanzapine use: Parkinson’s disease, lewy body dementia,
