- •Obese patients (BMI >30) posted for lumbar Laminectomy
排除标准
- •Patients had undergone previous spinal surgery.
- •Patients who had hypertension, central nervous system, cardiac, respiratory, liver, or renal disorders.
- •Contraindications to the placement of transurethral bladder catheter.
- •ASA grade >2
- •Patients on anti-platelets/anticoagulants were excluded.
- •Any difficulty in positioning the transurethral bladder catheter would be considered a contraindication to the continuation of the study, and the patient would be excluded.
