入选标准
- •(1) Persons who have experienced a severe ankle sprain at least once
- •(2) Persons who determine through self-assessment that they feel ankle instability during physical activity
- •(3) Persons who score less than 25 on the Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT)
- •(4) Persons who currently have no other acute injury or symptoms
排除标准
- •(1) Persons with a history of leg surgery or fracture
- •(2) Persons with musculoskeletal injury to the leg within the past 6 months
- •(3) In the case of subjects with chronic ankle instability, persons who have suffered an ankle sprain or received treatment for a musculoskeletal or neurological disorder within the past 3 months
