入选标准
- •ASA grade1 and 2
- •Forearm surgeries
- •Weight 40-60kgs will be included in the study
- •informed consent
排除标准
- •Morbid obesity (BMI > 40 kg/m2)
- •patient with physical status of ASA III or greater
- •History of lung disease, cardiac disease,hepatic or renal impairment, neuromuscular disorder
- •History of chronic pain or psychiatric disorder
- •Drug or alcohol abuse
- •Hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics
- •Patients with peripheral neuropathies and coagulation disorder
- •Patients with history of seizures
- •Patients with history of brachial plexus injury,clavicle fracture or chest or shoulder deformities on the operative side
- •Pregnant women
