inclusion criteria: Physical and psychological health; living with own parents; menarche experience; no history of fail or educational pass mutation; no usage of antidepressant drugs; agreement of parents for include to research; no experience of specific puberty education; no experience of stressful events in 3 months ago
Exclusion criteria: were avoidance to continuing cooperation in research; absence more than 2 session; occur stressful events during research or three months after the end of educational program.
