- •1.Tener una edad igual o mayor a 18 años.
- •2.Pertenecer a una de las siguientes variantes de mastocitosis sistémica:
- •a.Mastocitosis sistémica con fenotipo maduro y ausencia de mutación en el sitio de activación del c-KIT, asociada a: i) problemas psiquiátricos graves derivados de las lesiones cutáneas, ii) progresión clínica o biológica
- •b.Mastocitosis sistémica agresiva de novo, con o sin otra hemopatía clonal asociada, refractaria o intolerante al tratamiento de primera línea (interferón o hidroxiurea)
- •c.Mastocitosis sistémica agresiva evolucionada a partir de una mastocitosis sistémica indolente, con o sin otra hemopatía clonal asociada, refractaria o intolerante al tratamiento de segunda línea (cladribina)
- •3.ECOG ≤ 3.
- •4.Aceptar libremente participar en el ensayo con firma del consentimiento informado.

排除标准
- •1.Tratamiento previo con un inhibidor de tirosina quinasa.
- •2.Presencia de anticuerpos frente a VIH o hepatitis viral activa.
- •3.Función hepática alterada (bilirrubina ≥2.0 mg/dL o aumento de GOT o GPT 3 veces por encima del límite superior de la normalidad).
- •4.Creatinina plasmástica ≥2.0 mg/dL.
- •5.Citopenias grado 3 ó 4 no secundarias a mastocitosis.
- •6.Cardiopatía grado III o IV de la NYHA o fracción de eyección del ventrículo izquierdo <50%.
- •7.Embarazo o lactancia.
- •8.Hombres o mujeres fértiles que no usen métodos anticonceptivos fiables.
