Inclusion Criteria

Healthy individuals; age between 18 and 45 years; similar level of education, from incomplete third grade; previous experience of local anesthesia; absence of history of complications resulting from local anesthesia; presence of healthy maxillary incisors, canines and premolars

Exclusion Criteria

Pregnant women; infants; volunteers with systemic impairment that contraindicate anesthesia; volunteers who present a history of allergic reaction to any component of the anesthetic solutions used
