Inclusion Criteria
Age 55 yr or more
Patients underwent cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass
Written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
Emergency surgery
Patients with psychiatric disease or delirium
Patients received cholinesterase inhibitors, levodopa and antipsychotic
Patients with prolong QT
Allergy to quetiapine
Patients who were admitted in ICU or were intubated prior study.
