Inclusion Criteria
- •adolescent patients having haemoglobin levels\-
- •for males less than 12\.5g/dl and more than or equal to 8\.5g/dl
- •for females less than 11\.5g/dl and more than or equal to 8\.5g/dl
Exclusion Criteria
- •patients having chronic diseases, systemic diseases, genetic diseases(sickle cell anemia, thalassemia,etc.).cases with serious complications, psychiatric diseases, pregnant and lactating women, malignancy cases, and immune\-compromised cases. patients under any medications.
