Results: Participants demonstrated a statistically significant decrease in neck (p=0.005) and low back (p=0.000) pain/discomfort using the product. The extension and flexion phases of the FRP test showed that participants were approaching a more pain-free profile. Conclusions: In this study, the addition of an ice-pack cooled chair support product to an office chair demonstrated an ability to lower neck and low back pain or discomfort and normalize FRP test results short-term.
