Inclusion Criteria
900 patients attending accident and emergency with a primary complaint of chest pain between 7.00am and 7.00pm.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Electrocardiogram (ECG) abnormality
2. Unstable angina
3. Co-morbidity
4. Less than 25 years
5. Unable to consent

Name Time Method Proportion of cases of myocardial infarction (MI) inappropriately sent home by 72 hours after attendance.
