Inclusion criteria of patients :age35-80 ;MI or pectoral angina ;patient orientated and able to verbal contact ;stable of hemodynamic condition and relief of pain ;no history of hospitalization in ICU and CCU ;no signs of delirium in onset of admission by MMSE and get of score higher than 25 ;no disrythmia threatener
Exclusion criteria of patients: death of patient ;decrease of orientation level and unable to verbal contac ;dissatisfaction for participate Inclusion criteria of families:lettered ;german(near contact with patient) ;participating in caring of patient ;participating in whole of orientation program

Name Time Method Satisfaction. Timepoint: aftert of intervention(time of discharge). Method of measurement: Patient Satisfaction Instrument.;Delirium. Timepoint: once before of intervention then twice in day(morning and evening). Method of measurement: Mini Mental Status Examination.
